Personal Care Products definition

Personal Care Products means fragrances, skincare products, bath products, body care products, and cosmetics, as set forth in those categories on Appendix 1, attached hereto, and shall not include Home Fragrance Products or any other products not specifically listed in those categories on Appendix 1.
Personal Care Products means: American Girl Real Beauty Inside & Out Shower Gel – Apple Blossom; American Girl Real Beauty Inside & Out Shower Gel – Sunny Orange; American Girl Hopes and Dreams Glistening Shower and Bath Wash; Goldie LLC for Bath & Body Works Tinker Bell Bubble Bath; C.O. Bigelow®-branded washes, bubble baths, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, shower creams, scrubs, buffs, and conditioners sold by B&BW; Breathe- branded washes, bubble baths, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, shower creams, scrubs, buffs, and conditioners; Patricia Wexler, M.D. Dermatology-branded washes, bubble baths, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, shower creams, scrubs, buffs, and conditioners; and B&BW-branded washes, bubble baths, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, shower creams, scrubs, buffs, and conditioners.
Personal Care Products include, but are not limited to, soaps, hair care products, feminine care products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and grooming products. “Miscellaneous Items” include, but are not limited to, badges, pins, collar ornaments, patches, hand cuff buckles, whistle chains, field scarf retaining pins, duty belts, holsters, cuff cases, cloth ranks, Velcro rank badges/bars, hats, mourning pins, and mourning bands. “Miscellaneous Services” include, but are not limited to, sizing and fitting, tailoring, embroidering, screening, adding patches/logos, dry cleaning, and laundry services.

More Definitions of Personal Care Products

Personal Care Products shall consist of all personal care and dermatological, Cosmetic and OTC, pigmented and non-pigmented consumer products for topical applications or oral applications promoted for personal hygiene, treatment and beauty enhancement purposes or for treatment of skin disorders, bath and shower products, body care, nail care and hair care products, and soaps, lotions, perfumes and similar products, but excluding oral consumable health and sport products related to food, beverages, and supplements for human or veterinary consumption.

  • Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Child care provider means a provider who receives compensation for providing child care services on a regular basis, including an ‘eligible child care provider’ (as defined in section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858n)).

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.

  • Personal care means the provision of hands-on services to assist an individual with activities of daily living.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Industrial Services means service to customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product including the generation of electric power.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.

  • Primary Care Provider (PCP) means a health care professional who is contracted with BCBSAZ as a PCP and generally specializes in or focuses on the following practice areas: internal medicine, family practice, general practice, pediatrics or any other classification of provider approved as a PCP by BCBSAZ. Your benefit plan does not require you to have a PCP or to have a PCP authorize specialist referrals.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.

  • Emergency medical care provider means an individual who has been trained to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the first responder, EMT-basic, EMT-intermediate, EMT-paramedic, paramedic specialist or other certification levels recognized by the department before 1984 and who has been issued a certificate by the department.

  • Basic health care services means in and out-of-area emergency services, inpatient hospital and

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Health-related services means the same as in A.R.S. § 36-401.

  • Primary care provider means a participating provider who supervises, coordinates, or provides initial care or continuing care to a covered person, and who may be required by the health carrier to initiate a referral for specialty care and maintain supervision of health care services rendered to the covered person.
