Permanent Global Class A-3 Note definition

Permanent Global Class A-3 Note is defined in Section 5.2.
Permanent Global Class A-3 Note has the meaning specified in Section 6.2 of this Series Supplement.
Permanent Global Class A-3 Note means a permanent Global Class A-3 Note in registered form without interest coupons, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-11 hereto.

  • Interests in a Permanent Global Class A-1 Note, a Permanent Global Class A-2 Note or a Permanent Global Class A-3 Note will be exchangeable for definitive Class A-1 Notes, definitive Class A-2 Notes or definitive Class A-3 Notes, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of such Permanent Global Class A-1 Note, Permanent Global Class A-2 Note or Permanent Global Class A-3 Note and the Base Indenture (as modified by this Supplement).

Related to Permanent Global Class A-3 Note

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the 3.30% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑4, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the 0.62% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $75,000,000.

  • Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class A-3 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-3 Note is registered on the Note Register.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-4 Note is registered in the Note Register.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-2b Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-2b Note is registered in the Note Register.

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $119,840,000.
