Class C Note definition

Class C Note means any one of the Series 2023-3 7.05% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

Class C Note means any one of the Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 or A-6, which is duly executed and authenticated in accordance with the Indenture.

Class C Note means a Class C Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-7 thereto.

Examples of Class C Note in a sentence

• No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class C Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

• Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register as of such Record Date without requiring that this Class C Note be submitted for notation of payment.
