Class A-4 Noteholder definition

Class A-4 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-4 Note is registered in the Note Register.
Class A-4 Noteholder means any holder of record of a Class A-4 Note.
Class A-4 Noteholder means the Person in whose name the respective Class A-4 Note shall be registered in the Note Register, except that, solely for the purposes of giving any consent, waiver, request, or demand pursuant to this Indenture, the interest evidenced by any Class A-4 Note registered in the name of the Issuer, the Seller, the Servicer or UAC, or any Person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Issuer, the Seller or the Servicer, shall not be taken into account in determining whether the requisite percentage necessary to effect any such consent, waiver, request, or demand shall have been obtained.

  • Nothing in clause 7.1(i) of the Master Trust Deed limits any right of a Class A-1 Noteholder, a Class A-2 Noteholder, a Class A-3 Noteholder or a Class A-4 Noteholder under the US$ Note Trust Deed to compel the Trustee, the Manager or the US$ Note Trustee to comply with their respective obligations under the US$ Note Trust Deed.

  • The Issuing Entity and the Securities Administrator (in accordance with Section 6.07 hereof), by entering into this Indenture, and each Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Noteholder, by its acceptance of its Note (and each Beneficial Owner by its acceptance of an interest in the applicable Book-Entry Note), agree to treat such Classes of Notes for federal, state and local income, single business and franchise tax purposes as indebtedness.
