Class A-3 Note Balance definition

Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-3 Notes.
Class A-3 Note Balance means initially, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance and, thereafter, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to Class A-3 Noteholders and allocable to principal.

More Definitions of Class A-3 Note Balance

Class A-3 Note Balance means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Outstanding Amount of the Class A-3 Notes.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, as of any date of determination, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance minus all payments of Monthly Principal actually distributed to Class A-3 Noteholders as of such date of determination.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, $162,000,000, reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 notes.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, as of the Closing Date, $65,098,000 and thereafter shall equal the Class A-3 Note Balance as of the Closing Date reduced by all principal payments on all of the Class A-3 Notes.
