Performance-Based Restricted Stock Payment Schedule definition

Performance-Based Restricted Stock Payment Schedule means the schedule which is used to calculate the amount of Performance-Based Restricted Stock available to pay Eligible Employees as determined by multiplication of the amount of a grant of Contingent Restricted Stock by the Award Multiple relating to the Company’s Performance Ranking as follows:
