PE Finish Work definition

PE Finish Work means the Finish Work to be constructed or installed by or on behalf of PE Member or its Affiliates and their contractors (and not by Developer) within the PE Areas. For the avoidance of doubt, “PE Finish Work” does not include the Developer Work.

Examples of PE Finish Work in a sentence

  • PE Member shall comply with the Site Logistics Procedures, and shall repair any damage to the Building caused by PE Member or its contractors and subcontractors in the performance of any PE Finish Work.

Related to PE Finish Work

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
