PCI Standard definition

PCI Standard means, with respect to a given Program, the then current versions of (or successor documents to) the corresponding security standards, requirements and assessment procedures published by PCI SSC from time to time in connection with such Program and made available on the Website, including but not limited to, any and all appendices, exhibits, schedules and attachments to any of the foregoing and all materials incorporated therein, in each case, as from time to time amended.
PCI Standard means the then current version of the PCI Data Security Standard, the current version of which is accessible on the PCICo web site at http://www.pcisecuritystandards.org (the "Website");
PCI Standard means the then current version of the PCI Data Security Standard, the current version of which is accessible on the PCICo web site at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the "Website");

  • Supplier represents that it is presently in compliance, and will remain in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“ PCI Standard”), and all updates to PCI Standard, developed and published jointly by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa (“Payment Card Brands”) for protecting individual credit and debit card account numbers (“Cardholder Data”).

  • If compliance with the PCI Standard is required, Vendor, at its sole cost and expense, shall: (i) conduct or have conducted the audits required for such compliance; and (ii) take all actions required for Vendor to maintain such compliance.

  • If required to be compliant with the PCI Standard, Vendor acknowledges that it further has the obligation to keep up to date on any changes to the PCI Standard and implement any required changes.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, no rights are granted to ASV to any intellectual property in the PCI Standard or otherwise.

More Definitions of PCI Standard

PCI Standard means the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, or any successor requirements, as each may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
PCI Standard shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 (Cardholder Information) of this Agreement.

  • safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Uniform standard means a standard adopted by the Commission for a Product line, pursuant to Article VII of this Compact, and shall include all of the Product requirements in aggregate; provided, that each Uniform Standard shall be construed, whether express or implied, to prohibit the use of any inconsistent, misleading or ambiguous provisions in a Product and the form of the Product made available to the public shall not be unfair, inequitable or against public policy as determined by the Commission.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.
