Payment Service Provider or PSP means entities which are allowed to issue virtual addresses to the Users and provide payment (credit/debit) services to individuals or entities and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, in accordance with the Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

Payment Service Provider or PSP means entities which are allowed to issue virtual addresses to the Users and provide payment (credit/debit) services to individuals or entities and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, in accordance with the Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. As a PSP, the Bank will provide a UPI Application to the Users which will use the NPCI UPI libraries facilitating payments.
