Partial Commercial Operation Date definition

Partial Commercial Operation Date means the date on which the conditions set forth in Section 3.3(b) have been satisfied with respect to a portion of the Facility, as set out in a written notice from Seller to Buyer.
Partial Commercial Operation Date means the date on which Partial Commercial Operation shall have occurred.

Related to Partial Commercial Operation Date

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
