Parked Property definition

Parked Property means the real property and improvements described in Exhibit “A”.

  • Ridgeview agreed to lease the Parked Property back from Central Dodge under the terms of a “Triple Net Lease.” ( See Exhibit 20.) Ridgeview, not Central Dodge, had the exclusive right and obligation to possess, manage and control the property and to collect rents and security deposits from tenants.

  • the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
