Parent Support Agreement definition

Parent Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Parent Support Agreement means the guaranty, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Parent Support Provider, the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

Parent Support Agreement means the Support Agreement, dated November 4, 2011, between the Company and CNH Global, relating to certain financial support provided by CNH Global to the Company.

Parent Support Agreement means the Parent Support Agreement, dated as of the Initial Closing Date, among the Parent Support Provider, the Depositor, the Trust and the Master Collateral Agent.
