Outside Director Option definition

Outside Director Option means an award to an Outside Director under Section 9 below.
Outside Director Option means an option to purchase Stock automatically granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Article 6 below.
Outside Director Option means a stock option award to an Outside Director under Section 27.

More Definitions of Outside Director Option

Outside Director Option means an Option granted to an Outside Director and designated by the Board as an "Outside Director Option."
Outside Director Option means an Option granted to an Outside Director pursuant to Section 11 below. Outside Director Options shall be Nonstatutory Stock Options.
Outside Director Option means a Nonqualified Stock Option granted to an Outside Director under Section 6.2 of the Plan.

  • Eligible Director means a person who is (i) a “non-employee director” within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act, and (ii) an “outside director” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
