Nonstatutory Stock Options definition

Nonstatutory Stock Options means options to U.S. residents which would not qualify as Incentive Stock Options.
Nonstatutory Stock Options. (as defined in the Company's 1996 Stock Option Plan). More particularly, the Company acknowledges and agrees that your "Service" (as defined in the Option Agreement) for option vesting and all other purposes shall be deemed to continue without interruption throughout the Consulting Period.
Nonstatutory Stock Options means Options which are not intended to qualify as Incentive Stock Options, or which were designated as Incentive Stock Options by the Board but failed to qualify as such.

The Management Development and Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors has approved these Awards subject to the applicable provisions of the Plan and the terms of this Agreement, and contingent upon your execution of this Agreement. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meaning ascribed to them in the Plan.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.
