Organic Document definition

Organic Document means, relative to Holdings, the Borrower or any Subsidiary, its certificate of incorporation, by-laws, certificate of partnership, partnership agreement, certificate of formation, limited liability agreement, operating agreement and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to Holdings, the Borrower’s or any Subsidiary’s Capital Securities.

  • Promptly, but in any event within ten (10) Business Days after the execution thereof (or such other period of time as may be agreed by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion), copies of any amendment, modification or supplement to the certificate or articles of incorporation, by-laws, any preferred stock designation or any other Organic Document of any Obligor or any Subsidiary.
