Operator Early Notice Possession means: where the Freight Customer has exercised its rights under Clause 5.1.1, an "Operator Early Notice Possession" as that term is defined in the Operator Access Agreement of the relevant Appointed Operator; and in all other cases, any Early Notice Possession to the extent: requested by the Freight Customer (other than for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, renewal or repair of the Network); or required in connection with a Network Change proposed by the Freight Customer under Condition G3 of the Network Code;
