Network Change Clause Samples
The Network Change clause defines the procedures and requirements for making modifications to a network covered by an agreement. Typically, it outlines how proposed changes must be communicated, reviewed, and approved by the relevant parties, and may specify timelines, technical standards, or cost responsibilities associated with such changes. This clause ensures that any alterations to the network infrastructure are managed in an orderly and transparent manner, minimizing disruptions and clarifying responsibilities to prevent disputes.
Network Change be without prejudice to Part G of the Access Conditions, which shall be used to calculate the compensation (if any) payable to Nexus or Network Rail as a result of Network Change; and
Network Change. It is currently expected that a Network Change will be required in connection with the Depot Works in which case:
Network Change. Customer agrees not to request a network change within one (1) calendar year following the Activation Date. In the case of a network change consented to in writing by Duke Energy, unless Duke Energy and Customer agree in writing otherwise, Customer shall pay all of Duke Energy’s reasonable costs and expenses incurred to change the charging network. The Parties hereby agree that any change in network will not affect the Term.
