Operations and Maintenance Standards definition

Operations and Maintenance Standards means the minimum standards of operations and maintenance set out in the annexure to Appendix 4 with regards the Project Facilities and Services.

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Prosecution and Maintenance means, with regard to a particular Patent, the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Patent, as well as re-examinations, reissues and the like with respect to that Patent, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to that Patent.
