Project Facilities and Services definition

Project Facilities and Services means the facilities and services as set out under the Scope of Work, to be provided by the Concessionaire during the Concession Period, in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Project Facilities and Services in a sentence

  • The Concessioning Authority shall be promptly reimbursed by the Concessionaire for the costs incurred in conducting such survey and preparation of inventory as also in putting the Project Facilities and Services in a good working condition.

  • In the event the Concessionaire fails to comply with this provision, the Concessioning Authority may itself cause the condition survey and inventory of the Port’s Assets and Project Facilities and Services to be conducted and remove any defect or deficiency.

  • The Concessionaire shall at its own costs, promptly and diligently repair, replace or restore any of the Project Facilities and Services or part thereof which may be lost, damaged, or destroyed for any reason whatsoever.

  • Making Up Work – A student who is absent is required to make up work.

  • The Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to implement the Project and to provide Project Facilities and Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Subject to the provisions of the Financing Documents, all moneys received under insurance policies shall be promptly applied by the Concessionaire towards repair or renovation or restoration or substitution of the Port Assets and the Project Facilities and Services or any part thereof which may have been damaged or destroyed and in respect of which the claim is lodged.

  • Except as provided/authorized under this Agreement the Concessionaire shall not, without the prior written intimation to the Concessioning Authority, remove or replace any assets comprised in the Project Facilities and Services.

  • Additionally, the Concessionaire shall upon prior intimation by the Concessioning Authority provide the authorized representatives of the Concessioning Authority access to the Port’s Assets/the Project Facilities and Services for inspection and review of operations and also to ascertain compliance with any of the requirements under this Agreement.

Related to Project Facilities and Services

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Airport Facilities means any of the following at an airport:

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Wastewater System means a system of wastewater collection, treatment,

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
