Operation Year definition

Operation Year means a year (period of 365 days) starting from April 1 of a year to March 31 of the following year.

Operation Year means the period from the first day of March through the last day of February, inclusive, during any calendar year in which the term of this Lease commences and each subsequent period with the same beginning and ending dates in which occurs any park of the term of this Lease.
