Examples of Compensation Year in a sentence
Annual Compensation means, for a Plan Year, the Employee’s Compensation for the Compensation Year ending with or within the consecutive 12-month period ending on the last day of the Plan Year.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION means, on any given date, the Employee's Compensation for the latest Compensation Year ending on or before the given date.
A Base Salary shall be payable to the Employee by the Company as a guaranteed minimum annual amount hereunder for each Compensation Year during the period from the Effective Date to the Termination Date.
For the purposes hereof, the value of a Compensation Year, including stock options and bonus entitlements, is defined as equal two (2) times the base salary set forth in this Agreement.
In the event that Employee's Employment hereunder shall not have otherwise been terminated, such Employment shall terminate at the end of the Compensation Year in which Employee reaches age 65.
