  • Percent of Customer Bills Prepared Timely This parameter is related to the generation of Customer Bills for delivery to customers by mail, electronic mail or credit card billing.

  • This parameter is calculated by dividing the number of Customer Bills generated that do not require an adjustment due to a billing error caused I3S by the total number Customer Bills generated in each calendar month and multiplying by 100.

  • Percent of Customer Bills Prepared Accurately This parameter is related to the accuracy of Customer Bills for delivery to customers by mail, electronic mail or credit card billing.

  • Customer Bills Ratio – Based on the average of the monthly total number of customer bills issued during the prior year ending December 31, the numerator of which is for an applicable Operating Company or affiliate company and the denominator of which is for all applicable Operating Companies and affiliate companies.

  • This parameter is calculated by dividing the number of Customer Bills generated and sent to customers within twenty (20) business days of the end of the billing cycle by the total number Customer Bills generated in each calendar month and multiplying by 100.
