This parameter is calculated by dividing the number of Customer Bills generated that do not require an adjustment due to a billing error caused I3S by the total number Customer Bills generated in each calendar month and multiplying by 100.

Customer Bills Ratio – Based on the average of the monthly total number of customer bills issued during the prior year ending December 31, the numerator of which is for an applicable Operating Company or affiliate company and the denominator of which is for all applicable Operating Companies and affiliate companies.
