Operated Assets definition

Operated Assets means Assets operated by Seller, the Company or any of their respective Affiliates.
Operated Assets means all Assets operated by any Seller or any Affiliate of any Seller.
Operated Assets means the assets and facilities identified in Exhibit A hereto, and any other assets and facilities that Operator agrees to operate on behalf of Company upon reasonable request by Company.

  • The Operated Assets (and, to Seller’s Knowledge, the Non-Operated Assets) are in material compliance with applicable Laws, Permits, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders.

More Definitions of Operated Assets

Operated Assets means Assets operated by Seller, the Company or any of their respective Affiliates. “Ordinary Course of Business” means, with respect to any action taken by a Person:
Operated Assets means the those parts of the Interests operated by the Seller as set out in Schedule 1;
Operated Assets has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(H).
Operated Assets means any Assets operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Operated Assets means those of the Assets which the Vendor was the operator as of the Adjustment Date and the Scheduled Closing Date;
Operated Assets means the Oil Producing Properties for which Seller is the operator under applicable Operating Agreements, as identified in the definition of Operating Agreements.

Related to Operated Assets

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • Retained Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Designated Assets means any property or assets (including Capital Stock of any Subsidiary) of Holdings, the Restricted Parent, the Issuer and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries constituting a business, a line or unit of a business or used in operating a business substantially as an entirety.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, whether absolute, accrued, contingent, fixed or otherwise and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person, including without limitation cash, cash equivalents, Investment Assets, accounts and notes receivable, chattel paper, documents, instruments, general intangibles, real estate, equipment, inventory, goods and Intellectual Property.

  • Environmental Attributes means any emissions and renewable energy credits, energy conservation credits, benefits, offsets and allowances, emission reduction credits or words of similar import or regulatory effect (including emissions reduction credits or allowances under all applicable emission trading, compliance or budget programs, or any other federal, state or regional emission, renewable energy or energy conservation trading or budget program) that have been held, allocated to or acquired for the development, construction, ownership, lease, operation, use or maintenance of the Company as of: (i) the date of this Agreement; and (ii) future years for which allocations have been established and are in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.
