To request a Borrowing, a Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent at the Applicable Office of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, not later than 12:00 noon, Local Time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing and (b) in the case of a Base Rate Borrowing, not later than 12:00 noon, New York time, one Business Day before the date of the proposed Borrowing.
