OE Parts definition

OE Parts means original equipment parts.
OE Parts means original equipment parts covered by the customer’s service and maintenance plan;

More Definitions of OE Parts

OE Parts means original equipment parts. Section 1.148 “Olathe Facility” shall mean the facility located at 400 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Olathe, Kansas 66061. Section 1.149 “Option Designee” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in section 4.06(a) hereof.
