Olathe Facility means the facility located at 400 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Olathe, Kansas 66061. Section 1.149 “Option Designee” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in section 4.06(a) hereof. Examples of Olathe Facility in a sentence

  • Buyer shall bear the cost of removing such Olathe Equipment from the Olathe Facility, but shall not be charged any rent or storage fees during such 90-day period.
