Novo Nordisk Competitor definition

Novo Nordisk Competitor means an entity listed in Exhibit B, and their respective Affiliates. Novo Nordisk may update this list (by adding or deleting entities) every six (6) month(s) (if at all), subject to the approval of Zosano, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Novo Nordisk Competitor means any Person that is engaged in the field of (a) pulmonary administration of insulin, insulin analogs and any other compounds whose principal therapeutic effect is to control blood glucose levels in humans, including but not limited to GLP, GLP-1 and analogs of GLP and/or (b) insulin, insulin analogs, GLP, GLP-1 and analogs of GLP. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the assignor shall remain liable and responsible for the performance and observance of all its duties and obligations hereunder. Any assignment not in accordance with this Section 11.7 shall be null and void.
Novo Nordisk Competitor means an entity listed in Exhibit B, and their respective Affiliates. Novo Nordisk may update this list (by adding or deleting entities) every six (6) month(s) (if at all), upon Novo Nordisk providing reasonable documentation in writing to Pacira that an entity has initiated development of, or acquired technology for, the production or delivery of therapeutic drug products containing [**]. Any entity listed in Exhibit B that ceases to develop, or own or have a license to technology for, therapeutic drug products containing [**] shall no longer be deemed a Novo Nordisk Competitor for purposes of this Agreement and shall be removed from Exhibit B.

Related to Novo Nordisk Competitor

  • Direct Competitor means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other group, however organized, who competes with the Company in the full service restaurant business.

  • High-technology activity means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Competitor means any company, other entity or association or individual that directly or indirectly is engaged in the Company’s Business.

  • Assistive technology device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capacities of a child with a disability.

  • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.

  • Innovative control technology means any system of air pollution control that has not been adequately demonstrated in practice, but would have a substantial likelihood of achieving greater continuous emissions reduction than any control system in current practice or of achieving at least comparable reductions at lower cost in terms of energy, economics, or non-air quality environmental impacts.

  • Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Modern biotechnology means the application of:

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.

  • Client company means any person that enters into an agreement for professional employer services

  • Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business that is either of the following:

  • Proprietary Technology means the technical innovations that are unique and

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Competitive Business means any firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation and/or any other Person, and/or any licensee of such entity, that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, provides, offers, or sells any services or products substantially similar to First Party’s services or products.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
