Mailed Notice definition

Mailed Notice means the form of notice attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Mailed Notice means any designated written or printed notice addressed to the owner of record of each tract assessed or to be assessed by deposit at least fourteen days prior to the designated hearing or other time or event in the United States mail, postage prepaid, as first-class mail.
Mailed Notice means the notice that will be mailed to Settlement Class Members by the Settlement Administrator. The Mailed Notice shall be in a form substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

Examples of Mailed Notice in a sentence

  • The Settlement Administrator shall perform reasonable address traces for all Initial Mailed Notice postcards that are returned as undeliverable.

  • The Notice Program (which is composed of both the Initial Mailed Notice and the Notice Re-mailing Process) shall be completed no later than 60 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall complete the Mailed Notice Program (both the Initial Mailed Notice and the Notice Re-mailing Process) no later than 56 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Class Members shall have until the Objection Date to file, in the manner specified in the Mailed Notice, any objection or other response to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Mailed Notice

Mailed Notice means the Class Notice sent by U.S. Mail.
Mailed Notice means the notice substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 and approved by the Court.
Mailed Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed terms of this Agreement, as approved by Class Counsel, Grande’s Counsel and the Court, to be provided to Settlement Class Members under Section 5.2(d) of this Agreement via U.S. Postal Service in the event Settlement Class Members cannot be notified via Email Notice. The Mailed Notice shall be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit D.
Mailed Notice means notice mailed to such property owners, commercial lessees and residents of the area within three hundred (300) feet of the boundaries of a specific site as can be determined from the records of the King County Department of Assessments and such additional references as may be identified by the Director; provided, that in the downtown area bounded by Denny Way, Interstate 5, South Royal Brougham Way and Elliott Bay, mailed notice provided by the Director shall mean notice mailed to owners, lessees and building managers on the project site and to property owners and building managers within three hundred (300) feet of a specific site and the posting by the applicant of one (1) land use sign visible to the public at each street frontage abutting the site but not to exceed ten (10) land use signs. When there is no street frontage or the site abuts an unimproved street, the Director shall require either more than one (1) sign and/or an alternative posting location so that notice is clearly visible to the public. The land use sign may be removed by the applicant within fourteen (14) days after final action on the application has been completed. Annually, the Director shall publish in the City's official newspaper additional reference(s) to be used to supplement the information obtained from the King County records. The mailed notice shall request that property managers post the notice in a public area of the commercial or multifamily building.
Mailed Notice means the Court-approved notice mailed to all Class Members informing them of this Agreement, and in the case of a Class Member participant who previously received a lump sum, providing each Class Member with the right to select a rollover for his or her Settlement Benefit, substantially in the form of Exhibit B. Defendants and Class Counsel shall cooperate fully with the Notice Administrator to ensure the best practicable mailed notice occurs in a timely and accurate manner.
Mailed Notice means the two forms of postcard notice attached hereto as Exhibits B and D.
Mailed Notice means the notice of proposed Settlement and accompanying request for exclusion form that the Parties will ask the Court to approve in connection with the Joint Motion for Preliminary Approval of the Settlement. The form of the Mailed Notice shall be agreed upon by Class Counsel and the Tax Collector and shall be attached as an exhibit to the Joint Motion for Preliminary Approval. Further description of the Mailed Notice is provided in Section VI below.
