Notice of Vacancy definition

Notice of Vacancy means the announcement of a current or pending judicial vacancy by CCJJ to the public as provided in R356-101-3.
Notice of Vacancy postings shall be prepared for all new supplemental positions prior to posting and filing said positions.
Notice of Vacancy shall contain the following information:

More Definitions of Notice of Vacancy

Notice of Vacancy shall remain posted for at least seven (7) days. Employees interested shall apply, in writing, within the posted period. As soon as possible, but not later than twenty-one (21) days after the expiration of the posting period, the Employer shall take action to fill the position giving the senior employee-applicant first consideration. The parties agree to bargain over the impact (if any) or changes in the job descriptions for positions covered under this Agreement in order to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Notice of Vacancy means the notice to be provided to Members by the Secretary before each Annual General Meeting setting out the positions vacant on the Board (if any) in accordance with Clause 13.7;

Related to Notice of Vacancy
