Notice of Service definition

Notice of Service means any written or verbal notification of an obligation or intention to perform service in the uniformed services provided to an employer by an employee who will perform such service or by the uniformed service in which such service is to be performed.

  • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date.
