Service to Be Performed. A. AMTRAK is hereby authorized to sell and issue Tickets for the transportation of passengers by CARRIER in the form approved by and in accordance with the reimbursement rates outlined in this Agreement, listed in Appendix C. The CARRIER shall not, directly (or indirectly or through any agent or broker or otherwise) rebate or remit any portion of the charges specified in the said reimbursement rates as set forth in Appendix C. Any and all requests for refunds of any unused portion of Tickets sold and issued hereunder shall be made by the passenger to an AMTRAK station or by mail to AMTRAK Customer Refunds.
Service to Be Performed. The objective of the audit of the Disposition Fund(s), including the Special Account opened with The Bank Of Albania (primary/channelling account) and the BKT (Secondary accounts in ALL and EUR), is to permit the auditor to express an opinion on the financial reports (i.e. status of accounts and cumulated statement as defined in the Annex “Disbursement Procedure” to the Separate Agreement) and statements of expenditures based on the withdrawal applications for the Disposition Fund(s). Such expenditures have been made under the financial position of KfW-loan/grant no. BMZ 2013.66.830 for financing of project: Albania Transboundary Biosphere Reserve Prespa – Phase II. This includes the audit of all accounts opened in connection with the Disposition Fund(s). These are: First Special Account Xx.XX 57 1011 1008 0000 0000 2117 789E/ currency Euro (Channelling account as per Annex 6 of SA, dated 23.5.2017) Bank in charge of the account: Bank of Albania Second special Accounts No. AL 95 2051 1038 0046 81CL TJCF EURH (EUR) AL 57 2051 1038 0046 81VL TJCL ALLY (ALL) (Second level accounts as per Annex 6 of SA, dated 23.5.2017) Bank in charge of the second level accounts: Banka Kombetare Tregtare (BKT),Tirana as well as cash-account(s) if any Ad 3.2 Ad 3.3 The contractual services of the Consultant are detailed in Annex 3 [Terms of Reference].
Service to Be Performed. 1. The Instructor agrees to conduct courses only within the Geographic Territory (Alaska), and conform to the requirements of the program guidelines and the curriculum set out in the applicable AHA Instructor's Manual.
Service to Be Performed. L&L will provide Client with tutoring services. Such services will be performed by a suitable tutor selected by L&L and Client who is qualified to provide the tutoring desired by the Client. All servcies to be performed hereunder shall be performend at a time and location mutually agreed to by Client and the assigned tutor. Consulting services will be performed at a time and location mutually agreed to by Client and L&L. All tutoring sessions will be measured in an initial hour increment and 30 minute incriments thereafter. Client or the assiged tutor may cancel a particular tutoring or consulting session by notifying the other party at least 24 hours in advance. The party canceling the session is responsible for contacting the other party directly either through phone, email, or in person. Failing timely notification of cancellation, Client shall be responsible to pay tutor or L&L for the scheduled session, for the scheduled duration.

Service to Be Performed. Services to be performed on an as-needed basis by the Department requesting services: Functional Assistive Technology evaluations for individuals. Assessments of State facilities and public spaces. Recommend Assistive Technology IT hardware and software based on evaluated need. Procurement and implementing recommended hardware and software Training for individuals with Assistive Technology needs and other State staff Post-implementation support and maintenance. Governance, roles and responsibilities and service level agreements are contained in Rider F – Service Level Agreement, which was developed and approved by the Contractor and the State of Maine Assistive Technologies Contract Review Team.
Service to Be Performed. The Student shall: Maintain a standard full-time academic schedule in the Child Welfare Specialization concentration for the Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University. The Student shall maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Work for the Department of Child Safety as a Child Safety Specialist for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of which the first 22 weeks will be as a DCSS Trainee. The three (3) consecutive years shall be calculated from the first day of employment with the Department as specified above. The Student shall obtain their MSW degree prior to starting the full time employment requirements with the Department. Be fingerprinted for a criminal history background check and obtain a Level One Clearance card. Complete all required Department forms, including the Certification of Criminal Offense DCS-1078A (9-14) and Direct Service Position Job Supplement DCS-1035A (8-14). Submit a copy of their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) thirty (30) days prior to the start of field work, while enrolled in the program to ADCS Human Resources. Eight (8) or more points in a twelve (12) month period disqualifies the student for employment consideration. Complete a Confidentiality Statement form as required by the Department to be stored with ASU in the student’s file.
Service to Be Performed. Subject always to the supervision of Trust’s Board of Trustees and the Manager, Sub-Adviser will furnish an investment program in respect of, make investment decisions for, and place all orders for the purchase and sale of securities for the Fund, all on behalf of the Fund. In the performance of its duties, Sub-Adviser will satisfy its fiduciary duties to the Trust, will monitor the Fund’s investments, and will comply with the provisions of Trust’s Declaration of Trust and By-laws, as amended from time to time, and the stated investment objectives, policies and restrictions of the Fund. Manager will provide Sub-Adviser with current copies of the Trust’s Declaration of Trust, By-laws, prospectus and any amendments thereto, and any objectives, policies or limitations not appearing therein as they may be relevant to Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement. Sub-Adviser and Manager will each make its officers and employees available to the other from time to time at reasonable times to review investment policies of the Fund and to consult with each other regarding the investment affairs of the Fund. Sub-Adviser will report to the Board of Trustees and to Manager with respect to the implementation of such program. Sub-Adviser is authorized to select the brokers or dealers that will execute the purchases and sales of portfolio securities for the Fund, and is directed to use its best efforts to obtain best execution, which includes most favorable net results and execution of the Trust’s orders, taking into account all appropriate factors, including price, dealer spread or commission, size and difficulty of the transaction and research or other services provided. It is understood that the Sub-Adviser will not be deemed to have acted unlawfully, or to have breached a fiduciary duty to the Trust or the Fund, or be in breach of any obligation owing to the Trust or the Fund under this Agreement, or otherwise, solely by reason of its having caused the Trust to pay a member of a securities exchange, a broker or a dealer a commission for effecting a securities transaction for the Trust in excess of the amount of commission another member of an exchange, broker or dealer would have charged if the Sub-Adviser determined in good faith that the commission paid was reasonable in relation to the brokerage or research services provided by such member, broker or dealer, viewed in terms of that particular transaction or the Sub-Adviser’s overall responsibilities with respec...
