Notice of Nonrenewal means a notice informing a Permit Holder that the SFMTA has determined that the permit will not be renewed in accordance with Section 1105(a)(5)(B) of this Article.

Notice of Nonrenewal means a written form of communication indicating a party’s desire to terminate this Agreement effective on a date certain (no earlier than the date immediately following the last day of the Term) and delivered either: (i) in person; (ii) by a nationally recognized next day courier service; or (iii) by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, in any case to the address of the Party specified in this Agreement or such other address as either Party may specific in writing.   • The City Council may, at any time prior to the annual Renewal Date, withdraw its Notice of Nonrenewal.
