Notice of Deficiency definition

Notice of Deficiency or “NOD” means a written document which identifies deficiencies in a Notice of Intent.
Notice of Deficiency means that document that the Claims Administrator sends to any Settlement Class Member whose Claim Package or Derivative Claim Package contains a Deficiency, as set forth in Section 8.5.
