Certificate Policy definition

Certificate Policy means the financial guaranty insurance policy issued by the Insurer to the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto.
Certificate Policy. The certificate guaranty insurance policy No. 0503006 issued by the Certificate Insurer for the benefit of the Holders of the Insured Certificates, including any endorsements thereto, attached hereto as Exhibit Five.

More Definitions of Certificate Policy

Certificate Policy means either of the Identity or Utility Certificate Policies issued by the Bank (which are incorporated into Your Agreement and are available to You on request made in accordance with clause 28) and which set out the policy constraints on the use of Certificates within that Certification Authority’s public key infrastructure service;
