Reportable Event definition

Reportable Event means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the 30 day notice period has been waived.
Reportable Event means any reportable event as defined in Section 4043(c) of ERISA or the regulations issued thereunder, other than those events as to which the 30-day notice period referred to in Section 4043(c) of ERISA has been waived, with respect to a Plan (other than a Plan maintained by an ERISA Affiliate that is considered an ERISA Affiliate only pursuant to subsection (m) or (o) of Section 414 of the Code).
Reportable Event means an event described in Section 4043 of ERISA (other than an event not subject to the provision for 30-day notice to the PBGC under the regulations promulgated under such Section).

Examples of Reportable Event in a sentence

  • Promptly, but no later than the close of business on the 3rd Business Day after the Reportable Event, the Depositor shall notify the Certificate Administrator in writing (which may be furnished electronically) of any changes to or approval of such Form 8-K.

  • No later than noon, New York City time, on the 4th Business Day after the Reportable Event, a duly authorized officer of the Depositor shall sign the Form 8-K and return an electronic or fax copy of such signed Form 8-K (with an original executed hard copy to follow by overnight mail) to the Certificate Administrator.

  • After preparing the Form 8-K, the Certificate Administrator shall forward electronically a copy of the Form 8-K to the Depositor for review no later than noon, New York City time, on the 3rd Business Day after the Reportable Event, but in no event earlier than 24 hours after having received the Form 8-K Disclosure Information pursuant to the immediately preceding paragraph.


More Definitions of Reportable Event

Reportable Event any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than those events as to which the thirty day notice period is waived under subsections .27, .28, .29, .30, .31, .32, .34 or .35 of PBGC Reg. § 4043.
Reportable Event means a reportable event as defined in Section 4043 of ERISA and the regulations issued under such section, with respect to a Plan, excluding, however, such events as to which the PBGC has by regulation waived the requirement of Section 4043(a) of ERISA that it be notified within 30 days of the occurrence of such event, provided, however, that a failure to meet the minimum funding standard of Section 412 of the Code and of Section 302 of ERISA shall be a Reportable Event regardless of the issuance of any such waiver of the notice requirement in accordance with either Section 4043(a) of ERISA or Section 412(d) of the Code.
