Prior to the Closing Date, FR shall deliver to the Purchaser the irrevocable and unconditional deed of consent to the transfer of the Shares owned by FR to the Purchaser duly signed by his wife ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in a form satisfactory to the Purchaser and the Notary Public.
Each of the Sellers is aware that the Notary is a civil law notary associated with Stibbe, ▇▇▇▇▇ advisors to the Purchaser.
