Nonresidential development project definition

Nonresidential development project means all development other than a residential development project.
Nonresidential development project means a construction project undertaken for the purpose of developing a commercial or industrial use set forth in the Planning and Development Code, a mixed-use project, or any other use determined by the city manager to impact housing demand.
Nonresidential development project means an application for a planning permit or building permit that includes the new construction of gross square feet of nonresidential space or the conversion of a residential use to a nonresidential use.
