Non-Incentive Stock Option definition

Non-Incentive Stock Option or "Non-ISO" shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Section 9 hereof, which option is not intended to qualify under Section 422 of the Code.
Non-Incentive Stock Option means an option granted pursuant to Section 5 of the Plan that does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option, including an Incentive Stock Option granted to a person not subject to taxation on income under the laws of the United States.
Non-Incentive Stock Option means an Option granted pursuant to this Plan which does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • The Committee may impose additional conditions upon the right of any Participant to exercise any Non-Incentive Stock Option granted hereunder which is not inconsistent with the terms of the Plan.
