Option or Options definition

Option or Options means an option or options granted pursuant to the Plan;
Option or Options has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(a).
Option or Options means the option or options to buy shares in the Company which are granted to AMG Members under the Terms and Conditions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Foods Share Option Plan.

  • This Option at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other Options of like tenor registered in the name of the Holder, for another Option or other Options of like tenor in the name of such Holder exercisable for the same aggregate number of Shares as the Option or Options surrendered.

  • We will make these payment under the Annuity Option (or Options) as chosen in the application or as subsequently selected.

  • The Company shall promptly cancel the surrendered Option and deliver the new Option or Options pursuant to the provisions of this Section.

  • This Option may be exchanged at the office of the Company by surrender of this Option properly endorsed for one or more new Options of the same aggregate number of Shares as are evidenced by the Option or Options exchanged.

  • The undersigned further acknowledges that the SSI Option or Options described in Exhibit A hereto constitute all of the options or other rights to purchase SSI Stock that he or she owned immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • The term of the Option or Options subject hereto shall be for the number of years from the Grant Date set forth on Schedule I hereto with respect to such Option or such shorter period of time as is described in Section 4.

Option or Options means options granted hereunder, which shall all be subject to the provisions of Section 102 of the Ordinance.
Option or Options means an option or options to purchase shares of Common Stock awarded to an Eligible Director pursuant to the Plan. Options awarded pursuant to this Plan shall be non-statutory stock options.
