If the Bidder wishes to bring additional information to the notice of NMRC, he/she can do so in writing.
NMRC may, at its discretion, extend this deadline for submission of e-Bid by amending the e-Bid document, in which case all rights and obligations of NMRC and Bidders previously subject to the deadline will thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended.
The e-Bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the e-Bid exchanged by the Bidder and NMRC shall be written in English language.
Prior to the expiry of the period of bid validity, NMRC will notify the successful bidder in writing, either through Notice of Award (NOA), that his bid has been accepted.

Save and except as provided in this e-Bid, NMRC shall not entertain any correspondence with any Bidder or its Technical Partners in relation to acceptance or rejection of any e-Bid.
Information relating to the examination, clarification, evaluation, and recommendation for the Bidders shall not be disclosed to any person who is not officially concerned with the process or is not a retained professional advisor advising NMRC in relation to or matters arising out of, or concerning the Bidding Process.
