EMT definition

EMT means EMTs-basic, EMTs-I, and paramedics that provide emergency medical services for a public emergency medical service organization. "Emergency medical service organization," "EMT-basic," "EMT-I," and "paramedic" have the meanings defined in section 4765.01 of the Revised Code.
EMT means any of the emergency medical technicians defined in division (A), (B), or (C) of section 4765.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Any E.M.T. or Paramedic who scores less than that score set by the Medical Director on the State certification examination will be provided an opportunity to retake the examination.
