New Notes Collateral Agent definition

New Notes Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the New Notes Indenture.
New Notes Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
New Notes Collateral Agent means the Senior Collateral Agent, and its successors, replacements and/or assigns in such capacity.
