U.S. Collateral Agreement definition

U.S. Collateral Agreement means the U.S. Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in the form of Exhibit E, among Holdings, Intermediate Holdings, the U.S. Borrower, each Domestic Subsidiary Loan Party and the Collateral Agent.
U.S. Collateral Agreement means the collateral agreement entered into by each Loan Party organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia and any Loan Party pledging the Equity Interests of any Subsidiary organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia and the Collateral Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
U.S. Collateral Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated US Collateral Agreement of even date herewith executed by the US Credit Parties in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the US Secured Parties and the Canadian Secured Parties.
