Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Transaction Confirmation means a document, similar to the form of Exhibit A, setting forth the terms of a transaction formed pursuant to Section 1 for a particular Delivery Period.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Increase Confirmation means a confirmation substantially in the form set out in Schedule 12 (Form of Increase Confirmation).
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Activation Notice have the meanings ascribed thereto in Annex C.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Substitution Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.17 (Substitution of Lenders).
Replacement Notice is defined in Section 4.11.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Confirmation means the entry of the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.
Tax Confirmation means a confirmation by a Lender that the person beneficially entitled to interest payable to that Lender in respect of an advance under a Finance Document is either:
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Order Confirmation All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.
Rating Confirmation means evidence that no Senior Bond rating in effect from a Rating Agency will be withdrawn or reduced solely as a result of an action to be taken under the Indenture.
Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).
