  • Title IX means 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1688 and the implementing regulations.

  • Environmental Regulations means any federal, state or local law, statute, code, ordinance, regulation, requirement or rule relating to dangerous, toxic or hazardous pollutants, Hazardous Substances or chemical waste, materials or substances.
