Examples of Multifamily residential building in a sentence
Multi-family residential building and non-residential buildings include the following building types: multi- family low rise (three (3) stories and fewer); multi-family high rise (four (4) stories and greater); live/work buildings; and large-scale retail.
Multifamily residential building" means a covered multifamily building containing sleeping units or more than ((two)) five dwelling units where occupants are primarily permanent in nature.
Multi-family residential building: Multi-family residential building means a building containing four or more units that is intended for residential use and units in the building are rented, leased, or offered for rent or lease.
The State Building Code Act provides the following definition: Multi-family residential building: means common wall residential buildings that consist of four or fewer units, that do not exceed two stories in height, that are less than 5,000 square feet in area, and that have a one-hour fire-resistive occupancy separation between units.
Multifamily residential building owners and occupants, apartment buildings, and student and cooperative housing are not targets of this program.
