Contractor shall manufacture temporary Sleeping Units, such as Tiny Houses or other temporary shelter units, or Service Structures, such as kitchenette, bathroom, shower, and laundry units, as shown in Exhibit A, Contractor Pricing.
Camping unit means an area intended and used for:
Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
Coating unit means a series of one or more coating applicators and any associated drying area and/or oven wherein a coating is applied dried and/or cured. A coating unit ends at the point where the coating is dried or cured, or prior to any subsequent application of a different coating. It is not necessary to have an oven or a flashoff area in order to be included in this definition.
Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
Operating Unit means a department, division, facility or reporting location, whichever is applicable.
