Mortgage Loan Seller Matters definition

Mortgage Loan Seller Matters consist of the following matters: the Mortgage Loans and the underlying real properties securing the Mortgage Loans; the related loan documents and the obligors thereunder; and the Mortgage Loan Sellers.
Mortgage Loan Seller Matters as used in the preceding sentence shall mean the description of the Mortgage Loans, the Mortgaged Properties and the Mortgagors. In addition, notwithstanding the foregoing certifications under clauses 2. and 3. above, the Master Servicer does not make any certification under such clauses 2. and 3. above with respect to the information in the Servicer Reports and Additional Designated Servicing Information delivered by the Master Servicer to the Trustee referred to in such clauses 2. and 3. above that is in turn dependent upon information provided by the Special Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, beyond the certification actually provided by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 8.15(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. In addition, notwithstanding the foregoing certifications under clauses 2. and 3. above, the Master Servicer does not make any certification under such clauses 2. and 3. above with respect to the information in the Servicer Reports and Additional Designated Servicing Information delivered by the Master Servicer to the Trustee referred to in such clauses 2. and 3. above that is in turn dependent upon information provided by the 2003-C1 Master Servicer under the 2003-C1 PSA, beyond any certification actually provided by the 2003-C1 Xxxxxx Xxxxicer. Further, notwithstanding the foregoing certifications, the Master Servicer does not make any certification under the foregoing clauses 1. through 5. that is in turn dependent upon information required to be provided by any Sub-Servicer identified on Exhibit K to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, acting under a Sub-Servicing Agreement that the Master Servicer entered into in connection with the issuance of the Certificates, or upon the performance by any such Sub-Servicer of its obligations pursuant to any such Sub-Servicing Agreement, in each case beyond the respective backup certifications actually provided by such Sub-Servicer to the Master Servicer with respect to the information that is the subject of such certification.   • Mortgage Loan Seller Each of CREFI, GACC and JPMCB, and their respective successors in interest.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.
