Owner Mortgage Loan File. A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.
Owner Mortgage Loan File. Each Custodian shall be a depository institution subject to supervision by federal or state authority, shall have a combined capital and surplus of at least $10,000,000 and shall be qualified to do business in the jurisdiction in which it holds any Owner Mortgage Loan File.
