MERS Mortgage Loan definition

MERS Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.
MERS Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgage, or an Assignment of Mortgage, has been or will be recorded in the name of MERS, as agent for the holder from time to time of the Mortgage Note.
MERS Mortgage Loan. Any MOM Mortgage Loan or any other Mortgage Loan as to which MERS is (or is intended to be) the mortgagee of record and as to which a MIN has been assigned.

  • In addition, the Master Servicer shall (i) promptly notify the Custodian in writing when a MERS Mortgage Loan is no longer registered with and recorded under MERS and (ii) concurrently with any such deregistration of a MERS Mortgage Loan, prepare, execute and record an original assignment from MERS to the Trustee and deliver such assignment to the Custodian.

  • If the Company repurchases a Mortgage Loan that is a MERS Mortgage Loan, the Company shall cause MERS to designate on the MERS(R) System to remove the Purchaser as the beneficial holder with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
